STEP 2: REGISTRATION STEPS
Please select the below "REGISTRATION GUIDE" button to review the CSP registration information that will provide step by step instructions for you to register as a customer service professional (CSP) to start servicing Fortune 500 companies. In addition, please read all of the information provided, for it contains valuable and important details.
STEP 3: COMPANY DOCS
As you complete the remaining steps, you will receive an email requesting your review and signature for the Independent Contractual Agreement, W-9, Direct Deposit Authorization form.
Upon receipt of the signed documents, your registration will be complete and you will have access to the opportunity board.
Equipment and internet requirements vary based upon the client you select to service. Make sure that your system specifications are within the guidelines.
You will generally need:
Laptop, Desktop or MAC Computer
A computer monitor that is 15" or higher
Windows 10 Operating System
4 or 8(preferred) GB of RAM
Computer keyboard and Mouse
Minimum of 10 mbps download/3 mbps upload
Landline Telephone Connection
Hardwired Broadsband Internet Service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
Each client has an opportunity announcement listed. There are also information sessions available to assist you in selecting the client that you would like to service.
This platform offers several resources to assist you with registration and servicing questions. You will also receive a reference guide during your on-boarding process.
You will work with quality managers who will mentor you and assist with metric meeting tactics. Several clients offer performance based incentive bonuses, and perks, which could potentially lead to promotional positions.
